Course conducted through Physical Classroom Training only, as per DGS Order 11 of 2022. Candidates must attend classes at the booked Mercantile Marine Academy (MMA)campus with 100% attendance.
Mandatory Course Completion Steps:
Complete BASIC IGF E-Learning on DGS Website Course ID: 5311 Minimum Contact Hours: 14 Hours Minimum Pass Marks: 70% E-Learning completion is mandatory before Exit Exam. Failure to complete E-Learning will lead to withdrawal from course and rebooking required.
Attend all physical classroom sessions at Mercantile Marine Academy(MMA) campus. Candidates must be punctual and maintain full attendance.
Conducted at MMA Exam Hall immediately after course completion. First exam attempt is mandatory. Maximum 3 attempts allowed to clear the exam. Failure after 3 attempts requires re-booking and repeating classroom training.
