Please read these terms before booking or enrolling in a course at Mercantile Marine Academy.
Enrollment
Students are only enrolled in courses offered by the Institute (MMA) when full fees have been paid in advance of a scheduled training date or if an enrollment deposit has been paid.
Payment
Payment can be made online by debit/credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or via the internet to our bank account. Cash payments are not accepted but can be discussed by contacting MMA.
Bookings by Telephone
Bookings/Enrollments are also accepted via telephone by calling 9007079816 / +91 92962 06661.
Course Cancellation
MMA reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule a program, venue location, dates, or times where insufficient enrolments have been confirmed, or if required for other legitimate reasons. Every effort is made, and all alternatives are exhausted to avoid this. Should this occur, changes will be posted on the website and affected participants will be notified immediately.
Confirmation Email
Please ensure you read the enrollment/confirmation email carefully. We send this after the completion of the online booking and payment process. It contains important information for your training session. If you do not receive this email, check your spam/junk folders and contact us.
Rescheduling
If you book or enroll in a course and decide to reschedule, you must inform MMA at least 5 days in advance.
Refunds
MMA does not offer refunds on course enrollments due to a change of mind.
