This course at Mercantile Marine Academy (MMA), Kolkata is conducted through fully physical classroom training as per DGS Order No. 11 of 2022. Candidates must attend all classroom sessions physically at the MMA campus.
The course includes all mandatory practicals, and a full-validity certificate will be issued as per DG Shipping guidelines upon successful completion.
Course completion involves 3 mandatory steps:
Candidates must complete the CHEMCO E-Learning module on the DG Shipping portal and pass the online assessment before appearing for the Exit Exam.
100% attendance is mandatory for all classroom and practical sessions conducted at the MMA campus.
After successful completion of E-Learning and classroom training, candidates must appear for the DGS Online Exit Exam conducted at MMA. Up to 3 attempts are permitted as per DGS guidelines.
Candidates who fail to complete the E-Learning or do not appear for the Exit Exam may be required to rebook and repeat the course as per DGS regulations.
